How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Returns & Exchanges

Information on exchange and refund procedures and shipping fee regulations
1. You can cancel your purchase by email, fax or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Returns and exchanges are possible after the consent of the seller, and the purchased product must be returned to the seller within 7 days from the date of consent of the seller.

3. Returns and exchanges of products are possible after the products are returned to the seller.

4. Refunds are only possible with the payment method used at the time of purchase. (Credit card, account transfer)

5. In case of simple exchange (change of size or color, change of mind) or refund (change of mind)
      Round-trip transportation and other expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Information on non-exchange and non-refundable policy
1. In case the value of the product decreases due to customer use
2. If the box or product tag is lost or damaged
3. If the return period has elapsed (more than 7 days after receiving the product)
4. If there are other significant reasons for not requesting a refund or exchange
5. All merchandise for return and exchange must be in like-new condition. It is forbidden to wear, change, or wash, and the product tag must be kept new.
6. In the case of custom-made products (team logo printing, embroidery, patch attachment, etc.)
     Cancellation, exchange, and return are not allowed while production is in progress with the customer's approval.

     8. In the case of some special products, exchanges and returns may not be possible due to the customer's simple change of heart, except for defective products and misdelivery. Therefore, please refer to the detailed information of each product.
After-sales service information
1. You can receive compensation for damages in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards announced by the Fair Trade Commission.
2. Customers must send photos of products requiring A/S to insmedic@naver.com.
      insmedic will try to process it as quickly as possible after confirmation.
3. However, if repair is required due to customer negligence, the customer may bear the A/S cost.




Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
